Due to the immediate digital nature of our Services, which grants access to proprietary intellectual property, study materials, and course content upon enrollment, we operate on a strict no-refund basis as a general rule.
2Limited Refund Eligibility Window
As a customer-centric gesture, we offer a limited exception to our no-refund policy under the following strict conditions:
- Eligibility Period: A refund request will only be considered if it is made in writing via email to Connect@prostrings.co within 12 (twelve) calendar days from the date of your successful onboarding and payment ("Refund Window").
- Onboarding Date: The "date of onboarding" is defined as the date and time when your payment is successfully processed and your course access is activated on our platform.
3Conditions for a Valid Refund Request
To be eligible for a refund within the 12-day window, you must NOT have accessed more than 25% of the total course content (e.g., video lectures, study modules, quizzes) as measured by our learning management system.

4Non-Refundable Circumstances
Without exception, NO refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- Any request made after the 12-day Refund Window has expired.
- If you have accessed more than 25% of the total course content.
- If you have downloaded substantial course materials or PDFs.
- If you have attempted or completed any graded assessments or exams.
- Change of mind, personal circumstances, or lack of time to complete the course after the Refund Window.
- Failure to pass any subsequent internal quizzes or the final IRS Special Enrollment Examination (SEE).
- Expulsion from the course due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
5Refund Process
- Submission: All refund requests must be submitted via email to Connect@prostrings.co from the registered email address of your account. The request must include your full name and the transaction ID.
- Review: Our team will review your request and your account activity to verify eligibility based on the criteria above. This process may take up to 7 business days.
- Approval & Processing: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during enrollment.
- Timeframe: Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
- Course Access: Upon initiation of a refund—whether approved or denied—your access to the course will be immediately terminated.
